The Westminster School is looking to recruit an empathetic practitioner to the post of HLTA (Pastoral, Engagement, Mental Health and Wellbeing) to join our vibrant and successful staff team. The HLTA (Pastoral, Engagement, Mental Health and Wellbeing) will support the growing pastoral needs of the school embody the principles of the school’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Policy. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support our students, families and staff at the point of need, and work in conjunction with the school’s dedicated Education Psychology Team to develop a personalised approach to supporting students and their families.

Our school caters for 238 pupils aged 7 -19 years with a wide range of special educational needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Development Delay and Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities.

The School offers a comprehensive CPD programme and has been awarded the Investors in People Platinum Award. School occupies state-of-the-art facilities on a £23million Rowley Learning Campus.
