Safeguarding our pupils is a key priority at The Westminster School and our processes and procedures reflect our commitment to this.

If you need to collect your child from school earlier than our normal hometime (3.05pm), please email headteacher@westminster.sandwell.sch.uk at least 48 hours beforehand.  This allows time for the Senior Leadership Team to confirm whether this is possible, based on timetabling and staffing commitments.

In emergencies, we ask that parents/carers ring school before coming into school wherever possible so that the Senior Leadership Team are aware of the situation.

The process for pupils needing to leave due to medical appointments during the school day remains the same.

Pupils leaving early can disrupt learning for other pupils and we ask that all requests to leave early are kept to a minimum wherever possible.
