The Westminster School has achieved the highest level of award for the third time recognising its commitment to supporting its staff development and wellbeing.
The Investors in People Platinum accreditation is the highest accolade that can be achieved against the Investors in People standard. It sets an international benchmark for leadership, employees, and companies to work together to create an effective environment. Platinum accreditation is only issued to the top 2% of organisations that go through the accreditation process.
Headteacher Oliver Flowers said: “I am delighted that our school has secured such a prestigious award for the third time. The staff who work at The Westminster School are extremely enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated.
