Working Hours: 32.5 hours per week (Term time only + INSET Days) Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri: 8.40am to 3.15pm (including 30 minutes lunch-break) Tues – 8.40am to 5.00pm (including 30 minutes lunch-break) (Plus 20 minutes contingency time)

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of our HLTAs and other members of the School’s leadership team. They will assist teachers with an agreed system of supervision, implement work programmes with individuals and groups as well as produce resources under the guidance of the teacher.
You must have a proven background of successfully working with children. You must have good ICT skills and be innovative in your approaches to their deployment and use. You must be able to form good working relationships with students, be an excellent role model and have excellent skills in responding to and resolving complex behaviours. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion and desire to work with pupils from a variety of backgrounds. They must be dynamic individuals who are able to respond to the changing demands of daily school life.
