The Westminster School is looking to recruit an inspirational and dynamic HLTA (Forest School Leader) to join our vibrant and successful staff team. The HLTA (Forest School Leader) will lead our Forest School provision and support our students to achieve the John Muir Award and Duke of Edinburgh Award at Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels. The successful applicant will hold the Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification, can communicate effectively with colleagues and students and will have experience of exploration, bush craft, fire making, shelter, play and tool work.

Our school caters for 238 pupils aged 7 -19 years with a wide range of special educational needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Development Delay and Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities.

The School offers a comprehensive CPD programme and has been awarded the Investors in People Platinum Award. School occupies state-of-the-art facilities on a £23million Rowley Learning Campus.
