Rock Your Socks – World Down Syndrome Day – 21 March 2022
On Monday 21 March 2022, The Westminster School will be celebrating Word Down Syndrome Day. It is a day to celebrate inclusion and we would love everybody to join in. To help celebrate we are asking pupils to wear odd socks – the bolder the better!
This will also be a day to fundraise and we are asking for voluntary donations of £1 to help support Mencap ‘Rock your Socks’ Day, which should be made online at https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/the-westminster-school3
Pupils will also get the opportunity to do different activities to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day as it is important to shine a spotlight on inclusion within The Westminster School.
We are looking forward to seeing a range of odd socks and celebrating as a school.
