Christmas Celebrations 2021
As we enter the Christmas season I am writing to inform you of planned upcoming events. Below is an outline of the week.
Wednesday 15 December – Christmas Jumper Day and Christmas Dinner
We are raising money for Edward’s Trust by wearing Christmas jumpers or Christmas accessories. Edward’s Trust is a Birmingham-based family bereavement charity who support children and families across the West Midlands. We are asking for a voluntary contribution of £1 through our JustGiving website – https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/the-westminster-school1 (unfortunately we are unable to accept cash).
A separate letter will follow about Christmas Dinner.
Thursday 16 December – Christmas Fayre and Santa’s Grotto with festive food and drinks.
Friday 17 December – Winter Wonderland SMILE day
Pupils will take part in a virtual Christmas Carol Concert, a Christmas performance and SMILE activities.
Unfortunately, because of COVID restrictions, we are unable to invite parents to attend our events. Despite this, we are confident that pupils will be able to celebrate the end of term in a safe and fun way with the activities we have organised.
